It taste better with 2 fresh mango and whip cream.
You can substitute fresh mangoes for frozen. Worked great for me.
Mango Gelatin

Nonstick cooking spray

(7 grams each)
unflavored gelatin
1/2
cup
cold water

jar
(24 ounces)
mangoes
, drained, reserving 1 slice
1
can
(14 ounces)
NESTLÉ LA LECHERA Sweetened Condensed Milk
1
cup
evaporated milk
3
tablespoons
lime juice
Mint leaves

SPRAY 6 to 8 dessert cups with nonstick cooking spray.
SPRINKLE gelatin over water in small saucepan. Heat for 1 minute or until gelatin is dissolved. Place mangoes, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, lime juice and gelatin mixture in blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Pour into cups. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm.
TO SERVE, dip knife in warm water and run knife around rim; gently shake to loosen. Invert onto serving plates. Cut reserved mango slice into 6 to 8 pieces; garnish gelatins with mango and mint.
